Feature Requests

Your feedback helps us improve! Submit feature requests to suggest new functionality or improvements to our platform.

Submitting a Feature Request

To submit a feature request:

  1. Click "Feature Requests" in the navigation menu
  2. Click "Submit Feature Request"
  3. Fill in the form:
    • Title: Clear, descriptive title for your request
    • Description: Detailed explanation of the feature you'd like
  4. Click "Submit Request"
  5. Your request will be reviewed by our team

Writing a Good Feature Request

To increase the chances of your request being implemented:

  • Be specific: Clearly describe what you want
  • Explain the benefit: Why would this feature be useful?
  • Provide examples: Show how it would work
  • Be concise: Keep it clear and to the point

Viewing Your Requests

To view your submitted requests:

  1. Go to the Feature Requests page
  2. Click "View My Requests"
  3. You'll see all your submitted requests
  4. Each request shows its current status

Feature Request Statuses

Understanding request statuses:

  • Pending Review: Your request is awaiting review
  • Under Review: Our team is evaluating your request
  • Approved: Request has been approved for development
  • In Progress: Development has started on this feature
  • Completed: Feature has been implemented!
  • Rejected: Request has been declined (see admin notes for reason)
  • Duplicate: Similar request already exists

Viewing Approved Features

You can see all approved features in development:

  • Go to the Feature Requests page
  • Scroll to "Approved Features in Development"
  • See what features are being worked on
  • This helps prevent duplicate submissions

Tracking Progress

Stay updated on your requests:

  • Check the Feature Requests page regularly
  • Status updates will appear as requests progress
  • You'll see public descriptions of approved features
  • Completed features will be marked when live

Best Practices

When submitting feature requests:

  • Check existing requests first to avoid duplicates
  • Be respectful and constructive
  • Provide as much detail as possible
  • Be patient - not all requests can be implemented
  • Understand that priorities may change

What Happens After Submission?

After you submit a request:

  1. Our team reviews the request
  2. We evaluate feasibility and priority
  3. If approved, it's added to our development roadmap
  4. You can track progress through status updates
  5. When completed, the feature becomes available to all users

Important Notes

  • Not all requests will be implemented
  • Priority is given to features that benefit the most users
  • Some requests may take time to implement
  • We appreciate all feedback and suggestions
