By accessing and using Go Red Robot Hosting services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Go Red Robot Hosting provides web hosting services including but not limited to:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for shared and reseller hosting plans. VPS, dedicated servers, and custom solutions are not eligible for refunds after setup.
Payment reminders will be sent automatically for unpaid invoices according to the following schedule:
Important: Services (excluding domain registrations) that remain unpaid for 21 days after the invoice due date will be permanently removed from our servers. Once services are removed on day 21, there is no option to restore the service. All data associated with the service will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Domain registrations are handled separately and will not be automatically removed.
Please ensure invoices are paid promptly to avoid service interruption or permanent data loss.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. If we fail to meet this uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy.
Shared and reseller hosting accounts are subject to fair use policies. Excessive resource usage that impacts server performance may result in service restrictions or upgrade requirements.
We perform automated backups twice daily for all hosting services. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and content. We are not liable for any data loss.
While we offer unlimited storage for your hosted content, any backup files created and stored by users on our servers will be removed without notice. Our automated backup system is designed to protect your data, but we do not allow users to store backup files on our servers. You must store your own backups off-site or use a third-party backup service. We reserve the right to delete user-created backup files at any time without prior notification.
You agree not to use our services for:
All domains hosted on our servers must resolve to our server IP addresses. Domains that do not resolve to our servers are subject to removal without prior notice. We periodically check domain DNS resolution to ensure compliance with this requirement. Failure to maintain proper DNS resolution may result in immediate domain removal from our servers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days notice for significant service changes.
We reserve the right to migrate your services from one server to another as necessary to maintain optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of our hosting infrastructure. Such migrations may be performed for various reasons including but not limited to:
We will make every reasonable effort to provide advance notification to affected users prior to planned migrations. However, in emergency situations where immediate action is required to maintain service availability, security, or prevent data loss, we may perform migrations without prior notice. In such emergency scenarios, we will notify affected users as soon as reasonably possible after the migration has been completed.
During migrations, we will make every effort to minimize service disruption and maintain data integrity. However, brief periods of downtime may occur during the migration process. We are not liable for any temporary service interruptions that may occur during server migrations, whether planned or emergency.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Red Robot Hosting from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Support is provided via ticket system and email. Response times vary based on service level and issue priority.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go Red Robot Hosting operates.
