Included with every plan.
Email delivery depends on more than entering an SMTP username and password. Your sending domain must be verified and correctly authenticated before messages are accepted.
If Go Red Robot manages your DNS, we can configure the required records for you. If your DNS is managed elsewhere, we’ll provide the exact records and help you verify that everything is working correctly.

Every standard plan uses a carefully managed shared sending pool. This allows lower and moderate-volume senders to benefit from an established sending history without having to build and maintain the reputation of an isolated IP address.
Dedicated sending IPs are available by quotation for customers with sufficiently high, regular sending volumes. We’ll recommend one only when it is likely to improve deliverability.
Your plan includes a monthly email allowance.
There are no surprise overage charges. If you regularly exceed your monthly allowance, we’ll contact you and help move you to the most suitable plan.
The platform is intended for legitimate transactional email and messages sent to recipients who have agreed to receive them.
Accounts are manually reviewed, and sending may be paused where activity threatens the reputation or reliability of the platform.
