Payment Methods Management
Save your payment methods to make paying invoices faster and more convenient.
Accessing Payment Methods
To manage your payment methods:
- Click "Payment Methods" in the navigation menu
- View your saved payment methods
- Add, update, or remove payment methods
Adding a Payment Method
To add a new payment method:
- Go to the Payment Methods page
- Click "Add Payment Method" or "Add Card"
- Enter your card details:
- Card number
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- CVV (security code)
- Cardholder name
- Click "Add Card" to save
- Your card will be securely stored for future use
Using Saved Payment Methods
When paying an invoice:
- Your saved payment methods will appear as options
- Select a saved card to use it instantly
- No need to re-enter card details each time
Setting a Default Payment Method
You can set a default payment method:
- This will be automatically selected when paying invoices
- Makes the payment process even faster
- You can change your default at any time
Updating Payment Methods
To update a payment method:
- Find the payment method you want to update
- Click "Edit" or "Update"
- Make your changes
- Save the updated information
Removing Payment Methods
To remove a payment method:
- Go to the Payment Methods page
- Find the payment method you want to remove
- Click "Delete" or "Remove"
- Confirm the removal
Security
Your payment information is secure:
- All payment data is encrypted
- We use Stripe for secure payment processing
- We never store your full card number
- Only the last 4 digits are shown for identification
- All transactions are PCI DSS compliant
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Other major credit and debit cards
Troubleshooting
If you have issues adding a payment method:
- Check that all card details are correct
- Ensure your card is not expired
- Verify your card is activated for online payments
- Contact your bank if the card is being declined
- Try a different card if problems persist
