Managing Your Profile

Keep your account information up to date to ensure smooth service delivery and communication.

Accessing Your Profile

To view and edit your profile:

1. Click "Profile" in the navigation menu
2. You'll see all your account information
3. Click "Edit" to make changes

Profile Information

Your profile contains:

• Personal Information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
• Company Information:
  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Company Address
• Billing Information:
  • Billing Address
  • Country
  • Currency Preference

Updating Your Information

To update your profile:

1. Go to the Profile page
2. Click "Edit Profile" or "Update Information"
3. Make your changes
4. Click "Save Changes" or "Update Profile"
5. Your changes will be saved immediately

Changing Your Password

To change your password:

1. Go to the Profile page
2. Find the "Change Password" section
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password (twice for confirmation)
5. Click "Update Password"
6. You'll be logged out and need to log in with your new password

Password Requirements

Your password should:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Contain a mix of letters and numbers
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters
• Contain special characters (recommended)
• Be unique and not used elsewhere

Updating Your Email Address

Important notes about email changes:

• Your email is used for account login
• All notifications are sent to your email
• You may need to verify your new email address
• Keep your email up to date to receive important notices

Currency Preference

You can set your preferred currency:

• This affects how prices are displayed
• Invoices will be in your preferred currency when possible
• Available currencies include USD, GBP, EUR, ZAR, and more
