Welcome to Your Customer Portal

Your customer portal is your central hub for managing all your hosting services, domains, invoices, and support requests. This guide will help you get started.

Accessing Your Portal

To access your customer portal:

  1. Visit our website and click "Customer Login" or go directly to the login page
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click "Sign In" to access your dashboard

Your Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a quick overview of your account:

  • Recent Orders: View your latest service purchases
  • Recent Invoices: See your latest invoices and payment status
  • Invoice Statistics: Quick view of total, paid, unpaid, and overdue invoices
  • Outstanding Balance: Total amount due across all unpaid invoices

Navigation Menu

Use the navigation menu at the top to access different sections:
