Logging into your account

October 25, 2025 3 min read 319 views Go Red Robot Team

Signing In

Your customer portal is where you pay invoices, manage domains, open support tickets and see your services. This guide covers getting into it.

How to sign in

  1. Go to goredrobothosting.com and click Login in the top menu.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log In.

You will land on your dashboard.

The Go Red Robot customer portal login page, asking for email address and password.

Two different logins — which one do you want?

This trips people up, so it is worth being clear:

  • Your customer portal (this one) is for billing, domains, services and support tickets.
  • Your control panel is a separate login, and it is where you build and run the website itself — files, email, databases, WordPress.

If you are trying to install WordPress or add a mailbox, you want the control panel, not this login.

Forgotten your password?

  1. Click Forgot your password? underneath the password box.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for the reset link and follow it.
  4. Choose a new password.

The reset link is single-use and does not last forever. If it has expired, just request another.

Your new password needs

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number

Locked out?

After 5 failed attempts in a row, the account locks for 30 minutes. This is deliberate — it is what stops somebody guessing their way into your account.

You have two options:

  • Wait 30 minutes and try again.
  • Reset your password using the link above, which is usually quicker than waiting.

Still can't get in?

If the reset email never arrives, check your spam folder first — then get in touch from any email address and tell us the account you are trying to reach. A real person will sort it out.
